Mansion House Reception - Wednesday 17 March 2010

Q Is this event free of charge?
Yes, if you are attending the conference you may apply for a ticket to the reception on the evening before. Application can be made on the registration form.  There are a limited amount of tickets which will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Q Do I need to bring my ticket to Mansion House?
Yes, security will be very strict – if you have mislaid your ticket please contact the conference organisers on + 44 (0) 20 7242 4141

Q What time does the reception start and finish?

The reception is currently planned to commence at 6pm and finish at 7.30pm – although final details will be confirmed and sent nearer the time.

Q What is the dress code for this event?

Lounge suit.

Q What time do I have to arrive at the venue?
Registration opens from 9.30am and coffee will be served.

Q What time does the conference start?
The conference starts at 10.00am prompt.

Q What time does the conference finish?
The conference is scheduled to close at 4.30pm.

Q Is lunch provided?
Yes, lunch is provided.

Q Is there an exhibition?
Yes, some of the sponsors will be exhibiting in the tea and coffee area.

Q Is there disabled access at the venue?
Yes, the venue has disabled facilities. Please inform the conference organisers of any special requirements. Guide and companion dogs may be taken anywhere on site.

Q How do I travel to the conference?

The Guildhall Hall is based in the heart of the City of London. There are many different ways of travelling to Guildhall from within the UK and abroad.

Please use the Basinghall Street entrance (which is used for functions only – it is marked as ‘H’ on the location map). Click here for directions and location map.

Q Is there a limit to the number of people who can attend?
Yes, the venue determines the numbers, and the places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Gala Dinner

Q I am attending the conference during the day – is there anywhere to change into my black tie?

Yes there will be group changing facilities provided at the Guildhall.

Q During the time between the conference and dinner is there anywhere locally we can go and have a drink?

Q I don’t want to buy a table, is it possible to buy an individual ticket?

Yes you can buy an individual ticket at the cost of £125 +VAT. We can either place you on a mixed table or you can indicate on the form with whom you would like to sit.

Q What is the dress code for the evening?

Black Tie

Q What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket price includes dinner reception, 4 course dinner with wine and soft drinks.

Q Which entrance do I use in the evening to access the Guildhall?
In the evening guests are asked to use the Art Gallery Entrance (marked as entrance ‘E’ on the location map) at the Guildhall. Please see location map by clicking here.

Registration Form

Q I am having problems registering. What do I do?
Please email lucinda@quadrilect.co.uk for a pdf of the registration form, or call + 44 (0) 20 7242 41 41 for assistance.

Q I have not received my letter of confirmation and invoice/receipt. When will it be sent to me?
Your confirmation letter will be sent out within a week of receiving your registration form (but not before 1 January 2010). If you have not received your letter within seven days please contact us on +44 (0) 20 7242 4141.
