In 2010 the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) will be
celebrating its 50th anniversary. It was founded in 1960 at a meeting “of the
Arbitrators on the Baltic Exchange Approved List” and now leads the world in
commercial maritime dispute resolution.
To mark the occasion, the LMAA will host a major conference at the newly
renovated Old Museum in Guildhall, London, followed by a celebration dinner
incorporating the LMAA Annual Dinner in Guildhall’s Great Hall. The previous
evening the Lord Mayor of London will host a Reception at Mansion House.
We are seeking sponsorship to support both the Conference and Dinner which
will offer organisations:
- The opportunity to be involved in the 50th anniversary celebrations
- The opportunity to promote themselves to and network with the world’s leading maritime arbitrators and representatives of the broad range of other bodies concerned with maritime arbitration.

Main Sponsor - TAKEN
Gold package £5,000
This would provide the following benefits and recognition:
- Logo on all pre-event promotional material including brochure, e-flyers, website and adverts, highlighted as a gold sponsor.
- A link from the conference website to your website
- Branding at the conference venue, including on banners and signage
- Insert in the delegate pack
- Exhibition stand in an agreed location, for the duration of the conference. (Maximum floor area 3m x 2m. No furniture provided, but electricity can be supplied subject to location)
- 4 complimentary conference tickets (excluding accommodation)

Supporting sponsorship £1,000
This would provide the following benefits and recognition:
- The opportunity to exhibit at the conference
- Logo in the conference programme and website
Delegate Bags - TAKEN
Dinner Table Sponsorship £2,000 (table of 12)/£1,750 (table of 10)
- Table of 12 or 10 in a premium position in the Hall (drinks reception, 4 course dinner including wine)
- Listed under table sponsors in the programme
- ¼ page advert in the dinner menu booklet
- 3 bottles of champagne on your table (2 bottles for a table of 10)
